Under UK law, food businesses must provide information about these 14 allergens used as ingredients:

  2. Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley and oats)
  3. Crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters)
  4. Eggs
  5. Fish
  6. Lupin
  7. Milk
  8. Molluscs (such as mussels and oysters)
  9. Mustard
  10. Tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews)
  11. Peanuts
  12. Sesame
  13. Soya
  14. Sulphur dioxide and sulphites (above 10mg/kg)

Cross-contamination

Our food is prepared in a kitchen where all 14 allergens may be present, and equipment, surfaces and fryers may be shared. While we take care, we cannot fully rule out cross-contamination, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free from a particular allergen.
